This study provides a deeper analysis of apparent and not-so-apparent inequalities in fine-dining restaurants based on testing in three principal majority minority cities where the majority of the population is comprised of communities of color. Using a wide range of research methods, this analysis demonstrates that the industry is failing to provide equal opportunities to all of its workers.
