To understand how restaurant working conditions have changed over the last 1.5 years of the pandemic, One Fair Wage conducted a survey of workers who remain in the industry at the second anniversary of the pandemic, over a three-week period in March 2022. We surveyed workers who remain in the industry on their experiences of harassment from both customers and supervisors and also about their wages, tips, and consideration of leaving the industry as well. The results of this survey are shared in this report.
